Physical Factors
As well as socio-economic factors there are physical factors that have an impact on your health also these physical factors are;
Ø Age- a Person’s age will affect their health as they will need different amount of nutrients, different amount of attention and care. They will also need different types of food to help them with their development and they have different physical needs as well as different emotional, intellectual and social needs. This means that not everyone will be developing the same on every stage, some people may be developing faster and others may be developing slower.
Ø Genetic inheritance- When we are conceived we inherit genes from both our mother and father, these genes are what make us unique they decide what eye, hair colour we have. What height we are and our ability to do sports. Sometimes genes are faulty or there aren’t enough of them and that’s why some people may inherit diseases or medical conditions. This means that these genes are passed from one generation to another and sometimes they may skip a generation this means that they might not get passed on to you but if you have children then there is a big possibility that your children might inherit the disease.
Environment- No matter what age we are we all need clean air and water in order to survive. We also need proper waste facilities because air pollution can irritate people’s eyes, throat and nose it can also lead to peoples respiratory problems being aggravated. Noise can have a big Impact on your health as if the noise is too loud then it might have a damaging effect on your hearing and on your speech, if you are living in a house that is constantly loud then you may start to shout and you wont even realise. It is important to get your hearing checked regularly as your hearing is very important.
